• Users have the flexibility to create both public and private divisions or groups, ensuring community building or exclusivity as desired.
• Profiles allow for video uploads to verify that lifts are authentic; group and division administrators retain the ability to remove users to prevent cheating.
• The platform supports a comprehensive range of exercises, including Benching, Squatting, Deadlifting, Tracking Total Run Distance (miles), Pull-Ups, Vertical Jumps, and Hip Thrusts.
